Ate at the restaurant at 2000 May 31st, 2018. Food quality was a little different, but did not think much of it. At around 2200 I began to experience stomach upsets. Diarrhea, a severe head ache and the feeling of wanting to throw up. Can’t exactly say… 更多

我的症状是在墨西哥卷饼碗里吃了 Chipotle 的 Barbacoa 两天后开始的。也可能是鸡肉，但我记得吃完牛肉后几个小时后我开始感到恶心。从星期二到今天星期四，我一直有头痛，恶心的感觉，现在我有胃痛伴随着大便松动。

I had a burrito bowl around 5pm. Sofritas, fajitas, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, guac, tomato salsa and red salsa, brown rice and black beans. I woke up around 11:30 with horrible stomach cramping. Went to the bathroom and my diarrhea was pure water. I still feel sick the next morning  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
