Ate a salad with carnitas, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole at approximately 1 pm April 19. Diarrhea and vomiting started about 12 hours later and then nausea, and fever set in. 晚上 17 日，我男朋友点了一个装有鸡肉的碗。我咬了几口。第二天他病得很重，开始呕吐，发冷和发烧，恶心。19日晚上，我开始出现完全相同的症状。我目前正在睡觉，因为我的身体有多酸痛和呕吐的剧烈程度。
