我在 1 月 12 日中午吃了午饭。我吃了一个牛排卷饼碗。我在碗中途开始感觉不舒服，但继续吃完然后又回去工作了。当我晚上 8 点左右回到家时，我开始发冷和发烧。呕吐和腹泻开始的第二天。今天是 2018 年 2 月 14 日，我还生病无法进食。

I ate there qround 7pm 2/13/18. Orderd two bowls of chicken black beans guacamole sour cream. Brought meal home to wife was immediately sick. Still vomiting and diarrhoea as of 2/14/18  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Grabbed a quick chicken tostada at chipotle in camarillo, ca. I started feeling sick and i seriously thought i was dying. i actually fainted trying to get to the toilet, fell and hit my head and passed out. Spent the rest of the day and night next to the toilet vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有白米饭、平托豆、fajita 蔬菜、牛排、酸奶油、奶酪和玉米莎莎酱。我正在吃碗，立刻出现了极度的胃痉挛，导致了几个小时的瞬间腹泻和呕吐。我通常很喜欢去那个 chipotle，但看来公司变得有点粗心了。我希望这个问题能尽快解决！

It was a few months ago, I went in to get a veggie burrito and took it to eat it on the car. It wasn't inmediate but the next day I was having diarrhea and nausea for most of the day. I haven't felt this sick in a long time.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
