I ate a chorizo and steak bowl with everything on it at 9 pm last night and had diarrhea at 7 am this morning. I threw up 20 min later. I think this has ruined my love for chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate lunch at chipotle, had a steak burrito. Around dinner time I had extreme diarrhea every 15 minutes and ended with vomiting. After the night I still have diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Burrito with black beans, brown rice, sofritas, mild salsa, and cheese. 6 hours later vomited and diarrhea. In diarrhea, could still see individual ingredients: corn, beans etc  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
