我去了位于这里的我附近，我订购了：Bac Egg Ch Mcdrdl Mi,1 冰 crml 咖啡，1 说鸡蛋 ch mcgrdl 和精灵。我吃了一个小时后，我的胃很紧又困扰，我觉得自己必须去洗手间，没有能力开车回家。第二天我无法起床，腹泻、呕吐、头痛和真正的胃痛，我打电话上班告诉他们我感觉很好。在进圣约瑟夫医院之前，我开始感觉到这种痛苦又有两天。我在 tnr 医院度过了 3 天，他们告诉我有败血性休克，这是在给予抗生素后在我血液中形成的细菌，他们将我送回家，后来被告知这些细菌是沙门氏菌。这是一个非常严重的问题，因为我 100% 确信我从那里收到了这种威胁生命的细菌。我有证据证明我吃了什么以及什么时候在那里吃东西。另外，说明我拥有什么的文件。这很紧急！我说英语不好，需要口译员。我也有我的女儿用这种方式来凝结我

I had chicken fries about an hour ago. I could tell they were sort of stale but I have low blood sugar so I had to eat something right away and now I feel nauseous and stomach cramps. I think I got food poisoning.  | 症状: 恶心, 抽筋
