I ordered a bowl with chicken , black beans , brown rice , lettuce , hot sauce on the 30th of August 2017 . Later on that day was feeling terrible, I threw up constantly , was in pain for a whole day and then had diarrhea for two days straight .  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

New Philadelphia Ohio Chipotle. I ordered a veggie bowl. It had white rice, corn salsa, both beans black and brown, sour cream, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce at 11:30am. It's now 6:35pm and I'm so sick having diarrhea, nausea, throwing up and Fever. It's so horrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

My friends and I went to chipotle around 5:30pm on September 2nd, 2017. We all got some sort of chicken burrito/bowl and 3 out of the 4 of us ended up puking our guts out that night after feeling nauseous after eating there.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有玉米、生菜、奶酪、黑豆、莎莎酱、酸奶油和苏菲塔饼。我今天早上醒来，我几乎无法忍受，因为我感觉不舒服，所以我回去睡觉了，现在我的肚子真的很痛，我有腹泻，我觉得我必须呕吐。我也真的很头晕。
