Sunday night 7-17-16. Ate chicken burrito bowl w/ brown rice, black beans, pico, lettuce, corn, sour cream and a side of quack mole w/ chips. Bad vomiting and diarrhea starting at 2am going thru 5am. Nausea all morning still.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a bowl with chicken, white rice, cheese, lettuce (which still had dirt on it), tomato salsa-mild stuff, and guacamole. I was the only one to eat the guac and tomato salsa and I was the only one to get sick!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
