Had a burrito bowl w/ beans rice avocado and veggies. Had lunch around 1:00 PM on 6/15/19 and felt nauseous around 8:00 PM. Nausea has continued for a day followed by bad diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ordered a salad bowl with black beans , mild salsa, half chicken half pork. Hours later I felt dizzy, nauseous and fell down, threw up and gashed the back of my head open. The symptoms persisted for hours and the vomiting and diarrhea continued.

I had a salad with lettuce, steak, black beans, corn, mild salsa & quac at 9pm last night. Diarrhea started 30 min after i finished eating. Along with chills, & cramping. It is still going on now, 12 hours later!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋, 寒战

我在 7 月 13 日 19 日晚上 7 点左右使用 Grub Hub 订购了一个卷饼碗，包括肉碱、生菜、奶酪、法吉塔蔬菜和番茄莎莎。当我吃了它的时候，我的胃开始燃烧。然后几个小时后，我的消化系统内有烧灼感和胃痛。我试图忽略它并准备好睡觉了。当我 9 月，我醒来时，我的下腹部和腰部的痛苦令人痛苦。我第一次以为是拿着尿尿但是当我起床时，我不能走路。感觉虚弱。我设法去厕所来缓解自己。但是当我清空膀胱时，疼痛还在那里。然后我有一个突然的冲动来跳。当我坐在那里时，随着粪便移动，疼痛开始燃烧。而且当我弹出来的时候，这是水汪汪又痛苦的。那时是凌晨 3 点。我一直坐在那里直到早上 7 点，因为它真的很燃烧和痛苦。不停止腹泻和疼痛。我不得不喝很多水因为我能感觉到脱水过来了。现在是星期一，我经常收到它。我的肠子还在燃烧，我必须去急救室找出我有什么问题。我希望它会消失，因为我开始了一份新工作，不想在该死的卷饼碗里丢掉它。

We ate for lunch and by the evening we were not feeling well. Both got diarrhea and are still feeling sick the morning after., 2 people got sick. About 10 hours once the symptoms started.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
