Had a burrito bowl w/ beans rice avocado and veggies. Had lunch around 1:00 PM on 6/15/19 and felt nauseous around 8:00 PM. Nausea has continued for a day followed by bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ordered a salad bowl with black beans , mild salsa, half chicken half pork. Hours later I felt dizzy, nauseous and fell down, threw up and gashed the back of my head open. The symptoms persisted for hours and the vomiting and diarrhea continued.

I had a salad with lettuce, steak, black beans, corn, mild salsa & quac at 9pm last night. Diarrhea started 30 min after i finished eating. Along with chills, & cramping. It is still going on now, 12 hours later!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Chills
