昨晚吃了一个牛排碗，里面有平托豆、白米饭、牛排、热莎莎、奶酪、酸奶油、生菜和鳄梨调味酱。我现在患有严重的抽筋、呕吐、腹泻和发冷。更糟糕的是，我正处于怀孕的中期。，我是唯一一个吃过它的人，而且在症状开始前 10-12 个小时。

Went there on 6/3/2019 for a late lunch and got a chicken burrito. Started to get an uneasy feeling in my stomach around 8pm. I tried to go to sleep but started throwing up along with diarrhea for most of the evening.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我丈夫每次在那里吃饭时都会生病，这次我们在另一个城市，1 只有他。吃完食物后，他说宝贝我感觉不舒服发冷、呕吐、恶心。我让他喝了 5 高杯柠檬水然后他把所有的食物都扔掉了然后说他感觉好多了

Monday, May 20, 11:50 a.m.: they served me a double-chicken bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, cream cheese, grated cheese, corn and salsa. Three hours later I regurgitated dramatically; could keep no food or water down for 24 hours. Several days of diarrhea followed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
