I ordered a burrito bowl with steak and chicken, tomato salsa, corn, sour cream and queso. About 7 hours after eating I started feeling nauseous and then vomited it all up. This was the only thing I ate so I know it was from this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Tuesday 28 May. Purchased burrito bowl with steak, vegetables, guac and lettuce. My wife and I both experienced symptoms above, as well as low grade fever and subsequent dehydration for 48 hrs plus.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 脱水
