Ate a veggie burrito, with rice, b. beans, onions, sour cream, guac, lettuce around 6pm, started feeling uncomfortable couple hours later, then had diarrhea and vomited.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I had the chicken burrito bowl with brown rice black beans corn tomatoes lettuce and a side of guacamole. I only ate half. Nausea started about 4 hours after eating and vomiting started 6 hours after eating.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Went in around 8:30 pm and it looked like the food had been sitting there for a while so I should known better. I had the Chicken bowl with a mix of beans, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese and corn. I had major stomach cramps and #3 for hours.  | 症状: 腹泻
