I had a salad, Shrimp, mushrooms and the carrot/broccoli mix.
The next day I woke up with my stomach wrenching, it was tight, I vomited 3 times and was sick to my stomach all day. Broke out in cold sweat.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 出汗

吃了牛排、沙拉和辣椒。辣椒是我们队伍中唯一没有其他人吃的东西，其他人都没事。，队伍中只有一个人在饭后大约 5 小时生病了，腹泻失控，呕吐，全身无力，血压 81/49，冻结，温度为 92。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点

Cactus blossom or the dip that comes with it I believe, 4 people got sick. Only the people that ate the Cactus Blossom are ill with bad diarrhea, burps, stomach pain and gurgling. We are there 24 hours ago and symptoms started within 10 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛, Burping
