Last night had salmon, dinner salad and fries. Was up from 10pm until 5am with stomach cramps, malaise, bowel movements, and some nausea. Starting to feel better now but stomach is still sore.  | 症状: 腹泻, 其他, 恶心, 抽筋, 酸痛

Shrimp, I ate steak and shrimp at a restaurant, about an hour later my stomach started cramping, used the restroom at a department store. Another hour passed and I felt nauseous, I vomited repeatedly, then proceeded to have extreme diarrhea for two more hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I ordered Chop Steak, green beans and house salad w/blue cheese dressing at approximately 6:00 pm on Saturday, December 7, 2019. After having coffee the following morning around 9:30 am, I became ill with vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps and headache as well as mild fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 发烧, 抽筋, 头痛

Veteran's day, so free food, no receipt, Ate Salad and chicken fried chicken, I had the salad, had some of the rest of the meal, didn't eat it all, took the rest in a bag to take it home. Stopped by Applebee's to get dessert, the diarrhea… 更多

Had a house salad and country fried sirloin with brown gravy and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. This is the 2nd time within a 2 week period that I ate the same thing from the same location and got sick with stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and headache.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 头痛

I had the grilled bbq chicken, salad with Ranch and mushrooms, woke up about 3:00am vomiting with diarrhea. Been nauseous, body aches, tired, and diarrhea all day today. From past experience definitely food poisoning!! Will never return.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 身体疼痛
