2022 年 5 月 11 日和同事一起在那里吃过饭，我吃了停止沙拉和 22 盎司的肋眼骨头。其他人也有肋眼，但我相信我是唯一一个有沙拉的人。大约 4 小时后，我出现了极度恶心、胃痉挛、呕吐和腹泻。3 天后我还在处理恶心和虚弱。

我和我的配偶在这里共进午餐，没有吃任何共享的食物，但是我们确实吃了无面粉的巧克力蛋糕作为甜点，在生病开始之前我们几乎没有回家。这顿饭后我们病了大约 6 个小时，在这里吃了很多东西没有问题。我的配偶在这顿饭之前不在城里，但我们在同一时间生病了，所以我们没有理由相信它可能来自其他任何地方。

Had the restaurant week menu. Field greens with Parmesan vinaigrette, the sliced filet with mushrooms and the chocolate flourless cake. Started feeling nauseous as soon as we left and started vomiting about 1.5 hours after we got home  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Shared a roasted beet salad with goat cheese with my husband on Tuesday. Wednesday in the middle of the night woke up with severe vomiting. On Thursday morning I woke up with endless amounts of diarrhea. We both had fevers. On Day 4 husband stopped vomiting I still have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
