Hot chocolate dispensed 2 people got sick. We had the same beverage, mint chocolate hot chocolate with half & half milk. Symptoms started 2 hours after consuming, first nausea, vomiting then diarrhea. Still ongoing after 12 hours of first symptoms appearing.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Chicken noodle soup Only I got sick, the soup is 100% the cause. Ate it around 12 noon, (it’s the only thing I’ve eaten all day) and by 6/6:30 PM by body was doing everything it could to get rid of it. I projectile vomited at first… 更多

I ordered a Italian hoagie from there last night, I ate half last night and the rest about It is the only thing I ate. I have b a hour ago, and have been on the toilet with uncontrollable diarrhea and server stomach pains,  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

I ate around 3 o clock today September 18th. I got a meatball parmesan sandwich with oregano and grated pram.
It is food poisoning definitely because i haven't eaten anything before or after and not 15 minutes later i had symptoms
