I ate at the salad bar at whole foods and got sick from the kale salad that they had out as well as the enchiladas that I put sour cream on.  | 症状: 腹泻

Got food from hot bar for convenience, less than 12 hours later got horrible food poisoning. Know it was from there as it was only food I ate all day because my stomach was upset after I ate it.

This is the second time this has happened to me after eating at their hot bar. Never. Again.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ate from the salad bar. Took red greens, leafy greens, spinach, mushrooms, peas, and vegan dressing. I know that it was from this because only I ate this and my daughter didn't. She didn't get sick either.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
