Steak Bowl Illness Strikes

I woke up choking on my own vomit in the middle of the night. I’ve been vomiting and have had diarrhea all day. I ordered a bowl with steak, brown rice, mild salsa, guac, black beans and lettuce. I ate at about 2pm and got sick around midnight so about 10 hrs for symptoms. It happened Last night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea

I had a bowl with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole. No meat. Didn’t taste as good as it usually did, but I ate it nonetheless. I got very nauseous and then threw up multiple times. Unfortunately I will not be eating at chipotle again.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
