Had a chicken burrito with queso. Symptoms of painful bowel cramping and frequent diarrhea began about 24-36 hours after eating and have persisted for 3 days so far; while the cause could have been some other food, I think this is the most likely cause.

Severe Cramps Post Meal

on 5.4.22 ordered a bowl with rice black beans tomatoes cheese and steak, only ate one meal that day from here, 6 hours later extreme intestinal pain bloating, severe cramps, and severe diarrhea continued every 2-3 hours

Chipotle Chicken Salad Illness

I went to Chipotle off 1512 Walnut St for dinner last night (4/12/2018) around 5 pm. Got a chicken salad with brown rice, dressing, no beans, 2 scoops of mild salsa, 1 scoop of corn, sour cream, no chips nor guacamole. WORST NIGHT OF MY LIFE!
