Ate a burrito with lettuce chicken white rice sour cream and cheese at 500 pm on 103118. At 100 am am nauseous with diarrhea and puking up bits of what looks like lettuce cilantro and white rice.

On Saturday May 12th I ate a chicken salad bowl from Chipotle. I started feeling weird the next morning and I could barely eat my lunch. The next morning I couldn't eat anything and had to rush to the bathroom to throw up. Now it's Tuesday and I've been throwing up since 3:30 AM.

On Sunday we had bought chipotle for Lunch. So far all of my family memebers that ate chicken burrito bowl are now sick. Ranging from stomach cramps to nausea and even vomiting and diarrhea. That is the only food we consumed in common that day.
