I ate a chicken bowl at 7:00 on a date with my husband. The next morning I vomited my breakfast at 6 am, I started running a low grade fever, nausea, headaches, severe stomach pains. This all started 3 days ago and I'm still unable to hold
down any food or drink. I'm considering going to the ER here soon.

I went to chipotle last night 3/11/18 roughly around 9:30 to get a burrito and a chicken bowl for my girlfriend and myself. I get my usually, veggie burrito and my girlfriend the same usual, chicken burrito with guacamole on the side. Take it to her house
20 minutes later and we enjoy our meal as we always do. Later that night around 4 am. My girlfriend gets up in the middle of the night to take an uncomfortable poop/diarrhea which seemed unusual but could happen.. moments later, I hear her vomiting in the trash can while on the toilet.. after a long period of time she comes back to bed and tries to sleep. A few hour later around 7am I wake up having to go number 2 as well.. feeling something in my stomach, I sit on the toilet and before anything came out my rear end. I was forced to get up from the toilet seat to vomit into the sink for several minutes.. afterward, I proceeded with my number 2/diarrhea which then followed with my vomiting at the sink. Cleary seeing nothing but chipotle ingredients in my vomit and waste. I think try to go back to bed with my girlfriend and in no more than hour later. I have to jolt up, run to the bathroom and vomit again. A few minutes after this, my girlfriend follows behind me and using the toilet to vomit more as well. I go back to vomit a couple times more after this in between resting periods. I am currently writing you this while stuck in bed with my girlfriend not knowing but expecting for my vomiting episodes to come. I am a healthy person. As well as my girlfriend. I workout at the gym/health club 6 or 7 days a week. This is the worst I’ve ever felt in my life and I have no choice but to speak up about this. This should never happen to anyone. I’m sore everywhere in my body. I can’t sleep, I keep sweating though I’m cold, it’s a nice day out and we’re stuck in bed feeling miserable.. please let me know what can be done.

On Thursday 04 April 24, I ate at Burger King around 7pm, a classic menu with Burger fries. I had a chicken burger, at meal time nothing to report. The evening went normally with no stomachache. I didn't eat anything after that. It was at 2am that
I started to have an extremely stomachache accompanied by vomiting. The first ones were very painful, I vomited 7 times during the night accompanied by uncontrollable diarrhea.
I could not sleep all night, the diarrhea and vomiting continued into the morning.
I didn't eat all day because I was very sick.
I waited until the night of Friday to Saturday with a lot of concern, I was right because I also vomited 6 times and slept very little.
On Sunday morning it is a little better after more than 2 days of fasting.

I started experiencing intestinal cramps. Then, when we got back to the hotel, the nausea started. That's when my spouse told me she had been feeling ill as well. She was the first to vomit and I followed there after. We struggled to finish packing for the morning flight. We only had fluids in the form of water and apple juice for the entire journey. She only experienced nausea, intestinal cramps and vomiting. I on the other hand had all the symptoms including chills, nausea, intestinal cramps, vomiting, fever and diarrhea. My condition gradually improved, and three days later I'm back to normal.

Three days ago, We stayed at Flag Hotel in Madeira by the sea. We did not eat in the hotel, but we ate at the restaurant nearby, we suspect the food poising from the seafood, mussels and fish. And both my boyfriend and I are suffering from

this was all i ate for the day and im not sensitive to spicy foods never have been nor have i had an experience like this before eating papa johns ) i started getting heat flashes, severe abdominal cramps, slight shortness of breath and loose stools. i couldnt even make it to work today bc i still feel awful. i immediately threw away the rest of the food into the dumpster after realizing what was causing my symptoms
