Bought the buffalo chicken dip from Trader Joe’s last night. Ate about 1/4th of the container (if that) with some of their corn tortilla chips. Had stomach cramps shortly after, but was able to sleep without issue. Woke up with some bloating which then later turned into
cramps and then diarrhea. I do not get diarrhea often at all so this was definitely the culprit.

Felt really off after eating their frozen shiitake mushroom chicken meal last night and then again today while eating the leftovers. Was fine in the morning after last night’s meal, but wanted to test if it was the chicken meal and sure enough like clock work it
was right after eating. Stomach cramps and most likely diarrhea eventually, and the reviews on various sites have agreed that it is not easy on the stomach and has caused issues. I don’t believe this should be on the shelves considering so many people have complained about it.

Following Christmas-Day dinner, after my guests had left, I opened an unopened carton of Trader Joe's eggnog, and I drank a glass to celebrate the end of Christmas Day. I awoke at 2, 4, 6, and 9AM with nausea and vomiting as well as Diarrhea at 2
and 4 AM. I felt ill during all of December 26th and spent the day on the couch. My dinner guests were fine, so I attribute my illness to the eggnog, and, more specifically to food poisoning from the eggnog. The expiration date on the eggnog is Jan 10 19.

I ate a quarter of the frozen spinach and artichoke dip yesterday once it was cooked at about 5:30 pm last night. Woke up at about 3:30 with stomach pains. I went and used the bathroom to see if that would help, but couldn't go back to
sleep after because I couldn't get comfortable. At about 4:30, I threw up the first time, called off from work, tried going back to bed but woke up and threw up again. I have been nauseous since.

I ate this at sonic, it smelled off but i thought that was just how it’s supposed to smell. A few hours later I ran to the toilet with a heavy headache and nausea, i vomited ALOT like I was puking everything inside of me. The puking
and headache wouldn’t stop all night, I would wake up out of my sleep with a mouthful of vomit so i had get a bag to sleep beside, this all came with severe stomach pain, severe headache, and puking with every breathe i took until eventually all i was puking was stomach acid. Tried to drink water and i puked that right up. I woke up needing to use the bathroom and it’s been complete liquid and it’s a whole day later. I still haven’t ate anything, but I am now able to hold water down.The pain caused my to sleep/lay in bed for over 24hours. Moral of the story I am traumatized to eat food again

My mother ordered the waters April the 5th it was delivered April 11th I believe I drink the water on 14th and that night I got extremely sick I got severe stomach pains and headaches i had other symptoms but those were the worst I did not
pay attention to the floating particles in the water until my mom brought it to my attention that she was sick as well and then notified me of the recall but by that time me and my 4 year old daughter had already gotten sick
