The New York’s Department of Agriculture and Markets alerted consumers to undeclared eggs in Levy’s Bakery “Apricot Jelly Roll” and “Raspberry Jelly Roll.” Both items are made by Levy’s Bakery 26 at 63-79 Saunders Street in Rego Park, New York and are distributed in the New York City metro area.
The affected products are:
- Levy’s Bakery Apricot Jelly Roll, packaged in a 20 ounce, clear, plastic clamshell, code: “EXP 06/15/2022”, UPC: 35976-12840
- Levy’s Bakery Raspberry Jelly Roll, packaged in a 20 ounce, clear, plastic clamshell, code: “EXP 06/15/2022”, UPC: 23095-67148
No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this product. Consumers who have a severe sensitivity to eggs and have purchased the recalled products should not consume the product.
