I have swallowing issues so I have been in the same diet for five weeks now which makes it very easy to tell what makes me sick as I have only eaten the same four things for five weeks now. For five weeks I have had no … See More
symptoms of anything. Every day we get a 6$ premade rotisserie chicken from hannaford. To go with that I eat original humus, beef broth, and occasionally a can of refried beans. Yesterday or today one of those chickens was contaminated. I have not consumed any beef broth, hummus, or beans in 72 hours. Both yesterday and today the only thing I ate was the Hannaford rotisserie chicken and water. So either yesterday or today the chicken was contaminated. I have been on the toilet since 2pm and it’s now 11:37pm. I have not stopped violently shitting yet. Vomiting, nausea, severe stomach pain, diarrhea, and headache is my current symptoms and they have not eased up at all. Considering I have been on the same diet for five weeks, and in the last two days only ate one food item, there’s no doubt it was the rotisserie chicken. I noticed an off smell on the chicken we got yesterday but thought it was just that weird re-heated smell you get from the bag. Didn’t think anything of it because for weeks it’s been perfect and no issues. Definitely warn the store about their chicken as I know right now they are having issues with other food products and I believe the chicken is now an issue as well.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

sick as I did. The chicken seemed to taste a bit different than usual, but not bad. It was obvious that I had food poisoning, as I had all of the disturbing symptoms. As I type this day (on Sunday April 7, 2024), I’m just beginning to feel better, but my muscles & joints are still weak and extremely painful. I’ve never been so ill in my entire life. We kept the receipt and the cardboard carrier with information regarding time, date , etc, and we stored a piece of the chicken in a labelled baggie in the freezer.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Weakness
