Sopa de champiñones, almorzé. Tenía sopa de champiñones, tostadas de ajo, café. .Comenzó a sentirse mal después de 3 horas. Cuando llegué a casa tenía náuseas, muy débil. El vómito comenzó después de aproximadamente 5 horas un tenía mi almuerzo. Hoy, segundo día todavía estoy muy débil y con náuseas.  | Síntomas: Náusea, Vómitos, Debilidad

Ate egg white sous vide egg bites with roasted peppers and small coffee with cream and within one hour was cramping and had episodes of diarrhea, not fun on a plane. Afterwards for a couple days had headache and stomach felt beat up.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Obstáculo, Cefalea

coffee- drank at 230 and was feeling ill with symptoms by 330. I was totally fine before the drank the coffee. Good thing I only drank half. Drank an iced coffee w cream in it and got sick 45 minute to an hour later. I really believe it was the milk as I was perfectly fine before drinking it.  | Síntomas: Otro
