Vanilla cupcake with frosting from there Ate a cupcake on an empty stomach and didn't eat anything else afterwards. Nausea began between 1-2 hours later. I was very bloated. Vomited 3 or 4 times between 9:30pm and 3am  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, ballonnements

Food poisoning, I was at Mellow Mushroom 11/9 from 1:18-2:24 pm. I had the oven baked chicken wings before Pacific Rim pizza. Around 5:30 pm I knew something was wrong. I suddenly became very thirsty minutes before the vomiting started  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
