Vanilla cupcake with frosting from there Ate a cupcake on an empty stomach and didn't eat anything else afterwards. Nausea began between 1-2 hours later. I was very bloated. Vomited 3 or 4 times between 9:30pm and 3am  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 腹胀

我从他们的冷冻食品系列购买产品已有十多年了，从来没有遇到过问题。直到昨天。我已经购买了几份冷冻食品，包括 Shepherd "s Pie，我把它们放在冰箱里，可微波加热。这些物品是在 2019 年 9 月 17 日购买的。昨天我带了 Shepherd "s Pie 去上班，不到一个小时，我就开始变得非常糟糕的胃痉挛。7-8 小时后，我的疼痛加倍，因剧烈的胃痛和呕吐几个小时以及腹泻而急剧生病。我认为这是食物中毒，因为这是我昨天唯一吃的东西。不幸的是，我没有收到它进来的盒子，因为它在工作中被丢弃了。

我和我自己 15 岁的女儿一起吃东西，她订购了素食汉堡和一份苏打水，我有 3 份鸡肉招标和一个奶昔香草奶昔。我喜欢餐厅的氛围，但她说她的素食汉堡味道真不错，对我来说并不是那么令人印象深刻。我有鸡肉招标，当外面脆脆的时候，内心的鸡是煮熟的，但是在未煮熟的一面。我也有一个香草奶昔。我们在 2019 年 11 月 17 日下午大约下午 230 点吃了。凌晨 3 点左右，她因爆炸性腹泻和呕吐而醒来，她也感到恶心，腹痛也很严重。当天下午或当天早些时候她没有吃任何不寻常的东西，也没有吃不寻常的东西，我们在家里吃饭。我强烈怀疑她有汉堡包的食物中毒，特别是因为我确实在价格过高/缺乏吸引力的时候质疑他们的食物质量。谢谢。

Food poisoning, I was at Mellow Mushroom 11/9 from 1:18-2:24 pm. I had the oven baked chicken wings before Pacific Rim pizza. Around 5:30 pm I knew something was wrong. I suddenly became very thirsty minutes before the vomiting started  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
