Food poisoning, I was at Mellow Mushroom 11/9 from 1:18-2:24 pm. I had the oven baked chicken wings before Pacific Rim pizza. Around 5:30 pm I knew something was wrong. I suddenly became very thirsty minutes before the vomiting started  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a simple cheeseburger an fries. Not even an hour after i began feeling nauseous. For a few hours i couldn't get anything to come up. But finally puked everything up about 4 hours later. keto crust, got same toppings as other 2 people I was with but I was the only one who got the keto crust. Have eaten there before and basically always get the same toppings (all cheese & veggie - no meats) and have never gotten sick before....  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Around 12 o clock I Ate the Thai dye pizza and beer cheese pretzels along with a side of marinara used the chili flakes and Parmesan Cheese. Within an hour of consumption I had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
