Chipotle, I ate a steak bowl, with white rice, black beans, queso, pico, corn salsa, sour cream, chease and lettuce around 10pm. I came into the restaurant about 9:30, and then woke up around 3:30 am to run to the bathroom.  | Symptômes: Vomissements, Diarrhée

Friday March 22, 2019 I had the southwest chicken salad with the creamy salsa and a strawberry shake. I got sick a few hours after eating it. I was in and out of the bathroom from 12am-9am. Kept me up all night and only had about 1-2 hours of sleep.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée
