I ordered the triple layer nachos and added guacamole, which I usually don’t add, and got a cheesy bean and rice burrito, which I get all the time. I got nauseated immediate after finishing. I actually couldn’t bring myself to finishing the nachos. I gagged, felt nauseated… Voir plus

I had a chicken bowl with guacamole, corn, mild salsa, cheese, and lettuce for lunch on Dec 30th. Woke up on the 31st with diarrhea that quickly turned into extreme vomiting and diarrhea that lasted all day long.
