Unexplainable red dots all over face and upper body after consuming food from Subway Republic Polytechnic with stomach pain and diarrhea resulting in constipation. Took multiple rounds of lactulose to clear the food poisoning. Only meal I ate that day so I’m sure it was the sandwich. Had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich at 3pm, was sick starting at 3am, have had severe symptoms for 30 hours now.

Staff was seen using restroom before making my food. I should’ve known! The place was extremely dirty and unkept.
