Unexplainable red dots all over face and upper body after consuming food from Subway Republic Polytechnic with stomach pain and diarrhea resulting in constipation. Took multiple rounds of lactulose to clear the food poisoning. Ordered via food delivery platform grabfood on 13 April 2026.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Constipation, Allergic Reaction

Only meal I ate that day so I’m sure it was the sandwich. Had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich at 3pm, was sick starting at 3am, have had severe symptoms for 30 hours now.

Staff was seen using restroom before making my food. I should’ve known! The place was extremely dirty and unkept. I got seriously ill hours later and it was from the footlong sun as it’s all I had that day, besides an iced coffee.
