I took my family to eat here (31827 Pacific Highway South, Federal Way, WA, 98003) for lunch at about 12:30pm. I got us 2 burrito bowls, 2 bags of chips and 4 waters. My wife and 2 daughters (5 & 7) shared a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese, corn, and lettuce. I got myself a bowl with white rice, black beans, shredded beef, mild and medium salsa, cheese, corn, sour cream and lettuce.

This was a big meal for me... when it came time for dinner, I wasn't hungry, so I skipped dinner. I didn't feel too well, but thought it would just pass. I woke up at 3:30, used the bathroom and found I had diarrhea. I felt pretty out of it and a few minutes later vomited twice in the toilet. I went back to bed feeling nauseated and felt like I had the "chills."

I woke up the next morning about 7:00am and had 5 trips to the bathroom within 2 hours, all diarrhea. I felt that I would throw up again, but drinking small amounts of water and staying in bed kept that feeling at bay. Over the course of the day (Sunday, March 11, 2018) I had diarrhea 2 more times, but did not throw up again.

I missed going to church with my family and a very important lunch that's been planned for weeks. I've been in bed all day, except for the bathroom and a shower at about 3:30pm. My wife has been great trying to keep me hydrated with water and electrolytes. My body feels weak and achy. I wrote an entry on Yelp about my food poisoning experience and then Googled other ways to report what happened to me. It's very possible I'll miss work tomorrow due to this illness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills
