Chills, Nausea After Nuggets - McDonald's, Norwalk Connecticut

This sunday 2/13/2022, I ate a 10 piece chicken nugget meal from there,  Right after i ate it, i had severe stomach pain. all through the afternoon and night it was painful. could not eat or drink until the next morning. today i have chills. 

02/15 Update: The following day 2/14/2022i had a fever. today 2/15/2022. i experience severe nausea. i vomited and had diarrhea. | Symptoms: Chills, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
