All I had the day before and day of was mc Donald's. I had a small coffe the day of and a sausage egg and cheese mc griddle and hash brown for breakfast. Later in the day during work I took a break from making deliveries and got a dollar mc chicken and a medium coffee. I ate the mc chicken and drank half the coffee. I went back to work an later ended up puking everywhere that I had to leave. I was living out of my car so I drove to a parking lot puked 4 different times. I ended up getting a hotel room and puked 3 more different times through the night. Ended up having to get a weekly hotel because I missed another day of work had the runs and think I had a fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
