Dry storage shelf by walk in cooler- observed 3 live flying insects flying around tool box. - High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Deep freezer- observed open raw beef steaks being stored over ready to eat potatoes. **Warning**
