Severe Symptoms Post-Burger - Steak n Shake,

On a Friday night I had a single bacon steak burger with fries around 9 pm and after that I was completely fine. The next day I started feeling funny (I.e. I got the chills) in the late evening. And on Sunday I woke up with a 104 degree fever, headache, and had diarrhea. I am normally a healthy person but when I went to see a doctor, she suggested that I go to the ER to see what is happening inside my stomach at a hospital in Chicago since they do ER for free. I didn't have health insurance at that time so I had to go home, sign up for my health insurance (the card will be coming next week in the mail), and cool down with ice packs, cold and wet washcloths, rest, and drink water and Gatorade. Food poisoning is NOT fun at all! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills
