Nachos, Tacos Trigger Illness - Taco Bell Volvo parkway Chesapeake VA, Chesapeake VA

I ordered a nacho bell grande with extra everything and a hard taco supreme with onions around 8pm on Thursday September 1st 2016. I didn't even finish all of the nachos. I woke up the next morning with projectile vomiting, a massive headache and a fever.These symptoms lasted the majority of my day. Needless to say, I lost a day of work.
This evening my son went back to get something to eat for dinner. He stated that his food was awful and returned for a refund. I am only hoping that he does not wake up sick like I've spent my day in bed and the bathroom. Nor loose a day of pay from work. Thank you,
