- comments: pic doesn't have a food managers certificate. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation)

- comments: observed no certified food manager on duty and nor certificate posted to view while tcs ready to eat foods such as (ground beef,cheese sauce)must be on site and provide certificate. (priority foundation 7-38-012)

3. Management, food employee and conditional employee; knowledge, responsibilities and reporting
- comments: observed no signed employee health policy. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-010)

5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 125 or more mice droppings on counter top next to hot holding unit,on shelving units and carpeted floor behind service counter/prep area,furnace room,under most display units on sales floor,on counter top behind coffee machine,rear storage area shelving unit and next to walk in cooler in between massive amount of clutter ,under chip display unit. 6- dead mice on floor under paper good storage shelves on sales floor. Must remove droppings,dead mice. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/27/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

that are the subject of this warning were offered for sale only at Fleur de Sel located at 601 Rue Principale, Granby, QC, Canada. The issue was discovered during routine checks by the MAPAQ. As of now, no allergic reactions related to the consumption of these products have been reported.

The recalled products include "Filet de Sole Stuffed with Salmon and Shrimp", "Cod Loin Saffron and Chives", and "Basil and Tomato Chicken". These items were sold frozen and vacuum-sealed in clear plastic bags. Specific details such as brand, size/weight, batch, UPC, and best before date were not provided, nor was the amount of recalled products. The products were vacuum-packed in a transparent plastic bag.

Please do not consume this product if you have it at home and return it to the store where it was purchased.
