Airline Food, Flight, from Mexico City to Atlanta

I was flying from Mexico City to Atlanta on a first class flight. We ate short ribs and potato's. My wife only had 1/4 and reports similar but less symptoms. May 15 landed May 16 2026. Served raw fish as 1st appetizer on 10.5 hour flight. Got violently sick 12 hours later at CDG airport waiting for flight to Palermo.
