Friday 12/14 around noon. Ate nochos with meat, refried beans, cheese, and sour cream.
By Saturday morning I was vomiting and had severe diarrhea. I have slept the last two days. Still have diarrhea but my eyes will stay open. To weak to walk around.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Pregnant momma picking up drive through on Saturday evening around 8:00 p.m. Waited 25 minutes for our food. Order was wrong and had to go back in for correct food. I ate a 7 layer burrito and 1/2 a bean burrito. Within 30 minutes I was feeling nauseated. Then violent vomiting and diarrhea pursued.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered the shrimp with chow mien on Thursday 12/13 and had food poisoning the next day. Had to call out of work. Did not eat anything the entire day besides what I picked up for lunch.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
