Sunday May 10th around 2pm Ordered a Savannah Chop salad with sherry shallot dressing I ate on the patio as it was a nice warm day. Restaurant was crowded with it being Mother's Day. Seemed like I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before my food arrived  | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

This "food" caused instant cramps and pain followed by diarrhea within about 20 minutes. I can only assume my body was trying to rid itself of some hostile substance. Avoid at all costs.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
