A mango smoothie with antioxidants, I drank the mango smoothie from Bolthouse Farms and around 10 minutes after finishing it i had a major headache, nausea, dizziness, stomach aches, weakness, exhaustion, etc for the whole day. I brought a rump steak at 7:30pm on the 21/1/2024 and cooked it at 8:30 pm the same night within 10 minutes of eating it I had severe stomach pain and vomiting diarrhoea and nausea all night the food poisoning continued for 24 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
