Today, Not sure, last thing i ate was ruffles all dressed chips Burning diarrhea, insufferable at 3am. Not 100% sure of the store location because it was ordered thru Uber Grocery and they dont share the specific address, only the store name.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ordered Chicken Teriyaki at 1700hrs on Monday 02 May. Had eaten nothing else apart from toast in the morning at home and packet of MM at lunch. Had it with Honey Mustard Sauce, was sick at 2330hrs with Vomiting, Diarrhea and headache. Still have diarrhea and headache on 04 May  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
