I ate a breakfast megamelt but it tasted funny. 30 mins later i got to work and had to dash to the toilet. Green liquid squirted and i was scared as ive never seen this. They sent me home and ive been unable to exit bed for 4 days now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
