I ate a chicken chipolte bowl.. 2 hours late I had really bad stomach cramps than it turned into non stop throwing up / diarrhea. It has been 48 hours and I’m still like this..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate and 30 mins later was running to the bathroom. 3 hours later I was vomiting violently for 8 hours (10 times) had constant diarrhea and a a fever/chills. The next day I was weak but ok.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills

Ate a Steak Bowl with Black beans, cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, lettuce and guac. 1 hour after, I puke 2 times, and it has now been 2 weeks and still have diarrhea and stomach craps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I purchased cooked shrimp sushi on their Wednesday sale on July 19, 2017. It was the worst food poisoning I have ever gotten in my life. I passed out at work from a fever in front of all my colleagues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
