Not real sure - something I ate in cabo  My entire family ate , within 4-5 hours I felt “heartburn “ I came back to room and got some tums. Within 10 minutes after that I started violently vomiting , nausea , and then the diarrhea started. It continued all night . We ate sandwiches on Tuesday around 4:45 pm. One was egg white spinach on english muffin and one mozzarella with tomato panini. We both got very violent stomach issues, sharp stabbing pains in mid stomach, gas, achy pains and diarrhea for 4 days now. This is horrible!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas, Stomach Pain
