I ordered the chopped salad and chicken pesto. The green onions in the salad had dirt on it, as if it were never cleaned properly. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I was half way through. Now it’s the next morning and my stomach is in shambles and I have nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Ate beet salad and peruvian steak wrap at 7 pm for dinner (bottled water as a drink). Woke up at 4:30 am running to go throw up and thankfully made it to the bathroom. Passed 2-3 bowel movements. Still feeling under the weather  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Caesar salad , I had a long day at work and had a salad when I got off. I then wear woken up with the sharpest pain in my stomach at 4 am. I was in the bathroom for an HOUR. Eating oysters out of a can I got up and I eat some oysters I ate about three or four of them in my stomach started hurting really bad so I stopped eating them and I waited 15 minutes later and even another one in my stomach really started hurting really bad that’s when I knew something is wrong  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ordered a 3x3 animal style, with extra salted fries and a pink lemonade. After I ate everything I started getting stomach cramps and about 4 hours later I vomited. Not sure if the meat was undercooked, since I got it during rush hour.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
