I ate hotcakes Saturday afternoon along with a sausage and biscuit and it didn't taste as good as usual and I started feeling naseous and i got diarrhea and it's sunday and I still feel really naseous  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I purchased a chocolate biscotti from 7-11 and about a half hour later, I was vomiting and had diarrhea (gotta love NYC's 'purchase food and you can use our bathroom' policy). Ended up puking on a table and in the bathroom. It's only been 4 hours, but I still feel horrible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
