I ate on Saturday Sep 30 around 2pm. Onset was about 12hrs... initially I experienced a headache around 8pm and then woke up with diarrhea around 2am. The diarrhea lasted up until yesterday Oct 7th. No fever or vomiting. Missed an entire week of work... :(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Fever

My husband and I ate Fafafel, salad, Greek dressing with feta cheese, lamb/beef, French fries, pitas, Tzatziki sauce, and French fry sauce. We experienced vomiting, diarrhea, fever, aches, and chills. The symptoms subsided within a little more than 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
